A PRISON FARM
WEST AUSTRALIAN PEAN By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Reed. 9.40 a.m. PERTH, To-day. The Government is establishing a prison farm and afforestation depot, with an area of 7,500 acres, of which 5,000 will be utilised for pine afforestation, and the balance devoted to sheep-raising, dairying, apple and potato-growing. Selected prisoners only will be sent to the farm, those convicted of graver crimes being excluded.—A. and N.Z.
