MANGERE FORM AGAIN
THE result of the Members’ A Trot at Epsom yesterday was another indication of the advantages derived by the Mangere trained horses in being afforded an opportunity of training occasionally on the grass circuit. Betty Moko and The Tartar were the only contestants in the big trotting race to handle the going with any degree of certainty and as on the opening day the pair again finished first and second. Other successful Mangere trained candidates during the fixture were: Mars (first and second), Lady Dunmore (first), Reremai (first and third), Nelson Fame (second and third), Hohoro (second) and Wallroon (third).
