TO AID PARISH FUNDS
Point Chevalier Dance A euchre party and dance was held in Point Chevalier Hall last night to aid the parish funds. The waltzing competition was won by Mr. Watkins and Mrs. Hillman, and the Monte Carlo prizes went to Mr. and Mrs. Shearer, Mr. Bayliss and Miss Cullen (double header). Miss Boddy and Mrs. Stormont (bracketed); the music was supplied by Righton’s band. It is proposed to carry on these socials fortnightly.
