CAMBRIDGE, Tuesday. 1 * To-day the Cambridge Dairy Company paid out for the May supply the sum of £9,500 on the basis of Is 2d a lb for butter-fat, as against £7.000 for the corresponding period the previous season, when the payment on butter-fat was Is s£d. The production returns show an extraordinary ir*crease of 70 per cent, over the corresponding period last year. This is due, of course, to the mildness of the climatic conditions for the past three months. Brantwood cheese factory received 711,4191 b of milk, which produced 32,0351 bof cheese during the past month, compared with 484,6061 b and 23,3711 b respectively for Alay last year.
