COMMONWEALTH SCHEME COMMISSION TO BE SET UP By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright MELBOURNE, Tuesday. The Premiers' Conference has been adjourned until July 12. It will then reassemble at Sydney. After discussing child endowment the conference to-day pased a resolution recommending the appointment of a Royal Commission to investigate every phase of the subject, particularly 'in relation to the regulation of wages. The Premier of New South Wales, Mr. J. T. Lang, was the only dissentient. The commission is to be appointed immediately. —A. and N.Z.
