IZB WIRELESS PROGRAMME

The quality of the orogrammes from IZB have excited comment among Auckland listeners-in. Last night was no exception to* the rule. The children’s session at 7 p.m. was followed my selections from the Maori folk songs which were recorded at Rotorua during the visit of the Duke and Duchess. Addresses were delivered by Mr Trevor Stringer, secretary to the league, and by Mr. G. MoB. Salt, vice-president. Mr. Terry gave a talk on "Diet.” At 9.15 p.m. news was broadcast from THE SUN. Farther items on the gramophone brought the programme to a close.
