BERLIN TO NEW YORK
A GERMAN ATTEMPT BERLIN, Sunday. Anton Koennecke, a German aviator who was famous in the war, intends to start in July on a non-stop flight from Berlin to New York and on to San Francisco. Koennecke will use an all-metal triple-engined machine, and will carry mails and a petrol supply for 70 hours. —A. and N.Z.
