Careering Van. —A tram and a motor-car had a narrow escape from a careering motor-van in Mount Eden Road yesterday morning. The van, owned by the Crothall Way Cleaning Company, moved off while the driver waa away. It was extensively damaged. A similar mishap happened in St. George's Bay Road, Parnell, last week.
