WARRANT OFFICER’S TRIAL MILITARY COURT-MARTIAL Press Association. HAWERA, Monday. “Guilty, all charges,” was the finding of the military court-martiaf*' which heard the allegations against Staff - Sergeant-Major (warrant officer firstclass) C. S. Mahoney, who was charged last week with disobeying a lawful command of a superior officer, Captain B. W. Harvey, using insulting language and performing an act to the prejudice of good order and military discipline. He was ordered to be reduced to Staff-Sergeant-Major (warrant officer second class), and take rank precedence as if his appointment bore the date, May 23.
