FORMERLY AT ROTO RQA For being found drunk on Queen’s Wharf, Daniel Hebley, aged 31, who appeared at the Police Court this morning, was convicted and ordered to pay costs and medical expenses totalling £1 18s 6d. Sub-Inspector Lewin said Hebley had previously been on Roto Roa, and for insubordination while resident there he had been sent to Mount Eden for a month. On a charge of breaking his prohibition order. Hebley was convicted and discharged.
