Divorce In England. —A reference to secret divorce was made by the Lord Chief Justice at a banquet at the Mansion House. The speaker said the courts used to hear divorce cases by the score. Mow they hear them by the thousand. Nevertheless a great many people in England were still undivorced. —A. and M.Z.
