Andrew, 14 Nelson Crescent, Napier (N.Z.), £I,OOO. Mr. Andrew is an ex-Mayor of Napier—he was beaten at the last election by a mere handful of votes —and is an uncle of Lieutenant L. W. Andrew, V.C.
