HUNTLY COURT

(From Our Own CorrespondetitJ HUNTLY, Thursday. Dr. Martin was convicted by Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., at Huntly this morning and fined £3. with 25s costs, for dangerous driving at Huntlv last night. Richard Chaffey, on two charges of false pretences was remanded till the 24th inst.. in two sureties of £25 each.

Tonga Mahuta. for ehasing black swans in a power-boat, was convicted and sentence postponed.
