MAJESTIC
“LOVE OF SUNYA” “The Love of Sunya,” Gloria Swanson’s latest special motion picture, which will be shown for the last time to-night at the Majestic Theatre, throbs with life and moves rapidly. This, however, is not SLirprising to those who saw the picture while it was being made, for there were few dull moments on the “sets.” Music always was in great demand during the making of scenes, but even between these, Gloria kept her Russian orchestra busy. Frequent demands to sing were made upon Andres de Segurola, former Metropolitan opera star, who plays the part of an impresario in the film, and John Boles, lately of the musical comedy stage and now leading man opposite the star in “The Love of Sunya.” Before she entered pictures, Miss Swanson studied voice and had planned an operatic career. The orchestra is the same that has played for all her pictures during the past four years and its members composed the latest two song hits, “Glorious Gloria” and “Sunya” in her honour.
