SCHEME FOR WORKERS GENEVA PROPOSAL By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright GENEVA, Tuesday. The International Labour Conference is nkely to adopt two important conventions. One relates to the compulsory sickness insurance of workers in industry and commerce, and outworkers and domestic servants. The other relates to agricultural workers. The employers’ delegation have notified that they will abstain from voting on the draft conventions, while the workers’ group, although they consider the schemes far from satisfactory, will vote in their favour.
