INSTRUCTION IN SCHOOLS (From Our Resident Reporter.} WELLINGTON, Tuesday. A desire to raise the musical and artistic level of the community expressed by the Council of Education, which, believing that this can be done through the medium of the schools, decided at the recent conference to ask the Minister of Education, the Hon. R. A. Wright, to arrange for definite instruction to be provided i* art and music in secondary schools
