CAPTAIN RITCHIE’S SUCCESSOR (From Our Resident Repor+er.) WELLINGTON. To-day. The Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. J. Rolleston, has received advice that Captain L. V. Welle, D. 5.0.. R.N.. has been selected by the Admiralty to succeeed Captain J. S. M. Ritchie, R.X., whose terra as commander on H.M.S. Diomede expires in October.
