A REAL HORSE
Much has been written and said about the ability of Great Bingen’s trotter, Peter Bingen, as a pacer, and it is generally agreed that he is a credit to his record breaking relative. His fine achievements during the season just drawing to a close stamp J. J. Kennerley’s charge as one of the best handicap horses in the Dominion, and he certainly looks like reaching the high plane circled by his wonderful brother, Great Bingen. Since arriving at Epsom Peter Bingen has been one of the chief attractions, and his study, compact, muscular conformation has won the admiration and commendation of keen judges. Peter Bingen has courage stamped indelibly on his head piece, and unless something unforeseen occurs the Nelson Bingen—Bertha Bell horse will reach the top of the ladder next season.
