The Chemical Society, at its annual meeting last evening, elected the following officers: President Professor F. P. Worley; vice-president, Mr. W. F. Short: committee, Dr. J. A. Clinch, Dr. F. G. Shepheard, and Messrs. H. T. Revell and P. R. Parr; secretary and treasurer, Air. K. M. Griffin; auditor, Mr. T. E. Perks.
