JAPAN’S PENETRATION TO MANCHURIA
CIVIL WAR BANNED EQUALITY WITH CHINESE By Cable.—Press Association.-—Copyright TOKIO, Monday. Advices from Dairen, Manchuria, state that at a conference of delegates from the Japanese communities throughout Manchuria it was resolved to ask the Japanese Government to take action to prevent the Chinese civil war extending north of the Great Wall. The conference also demanded that the Japanese Government should secure for the Japanese residents in Manchuria equal Rights to those enjoyed by the Chinese as regards settling anywhere in Manchuria or Mongolia; and to engage in the formation of railways, and in agriculture, mining and lumbering. It was further resolved to urge the creation of a Ministry of the Colonies to carry out the above and other positive policies in China.—Sun.
