REGENT BALLROOM
FOXTROT COMPETITION Not since its opening: has the popular Regent Ballroom been so thoroughly well packed as it was on Saturday afternoon, when some 200 patrons greeted the opening of the £25 FoxTrot Competition with tremendous enthusiasm. The first - heat was decided by popular vote, the winners receiving an enthusiastic reception. It is apparent that the contest will score a wonderful hit throughout its duration. The second heat will be decided tomorrow evening. On Thursday evening next there will be a popular night, the prices of admission being ladies Is 6d. gentlemen 2s 6d. The ballroom will be open this evening from 5.30.
