ROYAL HOME-COMING

The provisional programme for the reception of the Duke and Duchess of York, at Portsmouth, provides for a big ceremonial naval welcome when the Renown arrives. The Prince of Wales is expected to meet the Duke and Duchess aboard. They will receive a welcome home address from the City of Portsmouth before proceeding to London by special train.—A. and N.Z.
