EVERYBODY’S

“STRANDED IN PARIS” With Bebe Daniels in the leading role, “Stranded in Paris” was shown last night at Everybody’s. The story concerns itself with an American girl who finds herself the possessor of a free ticket to Paris. Arrived there, her purse is stolen, so —she applies for a position with a smart modiste. While delivering an order at a health resort, Bebe is mistaken for a famous countess and shown to her rooms. Here, she meets the count, Ford Sterling, who is both surprised and delighted on finding this beautiful creature masquerading as his wife. Miss Daniels’s performance surpasses her fine work in “The Campus Flirt.” James Hall, leading man, and Iris Stuart, third featured player, gain new laurels through their work. Stranded in Paris” was directed by ~**thur Rosson. It was adapted from the play, “Jenny’s Escapade,” by Herman J. Mankiewicz and John McDermott.
