FRANKLIN LICENCES
RENEWALS ALL GRANTED (From Our Own Correspondent.) ' PUKEKOHE, To-day. The annual meeting of the Franklin Licensing Committee was held yesterday, there being present: Alessrs. J. W. Poynton, S.M., chairman, C. K. Lawrie, J. T. Stembridge, J. Brady and F. Perkins. The police reports being satisfactory the following licences were renewed: Pukekohe Hotel, Mr. E. J. Alorrison; Globe, Papakura, Air. E. C. Foote; Railway, Drury, Air. S. Robinson; Patumahoe, Air. A. Parris; Criterion, Otahuhu, All*. J. Nicholson; Papakura. All*. R. Petliybridge; Alarine, Ho wick. Air. T. E. Tasker, and Star, Otah Mr. W. Williams. The committee ordered certain works to be executed at the Patumahoe and Alarine Hotels. The transfer of the licence of the Papakura Hotel from Airs. G. Stevens to Mr. R. Petliybridge, and the Alarine from All*. T. W. Millward to Air. T. E. Tasker, were approved.
