MEETING OF BOARD
The Auckland Harbour Board met yesterday afternoon, the chairman, Mr. H. R. Mackenzie, presiding. The town clerk of Birkenhead wrote asking that the board co-operate with the Birkenhead Borough Council in beautifying the park at the entrance to the Birkenhead Wharf, by improving the boat lockers now on the breastwork. and suggested that the boar s Works Committee should visit antLinspect the locality.
