LOST HIS HORSE
FINED TO BOOT William Maurice Crimmins is now £1 17s poorer as well as being no longer the owner of a certain horseThe horse, which wandered away one night recently, fell over a stone bank and was killed. The inspector for the Society of Cruelty to Animals sped to the spot in a taxi to put the animal out of its misery.
In the Magistrate's Court this morning Crimmins was fined 10s for bfing the owner of a wandering horse, ana ordered to pay <£l 7s costs, which included the S.P.C.A. man's taxi fare.
