SEEING CYCLISTS
“Cyclists cannot realise how difficult it is to see them, especially on a wet night,” said Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court this morning, when he fined Donald V. Malcolm £1 with £1 6s costs for not having a light on his bicycle, at Milford, and further with having no reflector. “They should be fined for their own protection,” added the magistrate.
