OTAHUHU BOWLERS

The balance-sheet and report presented at the annual meeting of the Otahuhu Bowling Club revealed a very satisfactory position and a membership of 65. The election of officers for 1927-28 resulted as follows: —President, Mr. G. V. Pearce; vice-presidents, Messrs. T. Cook and J. Gardiner; secretary, Mr. Sinclair; treasurer, Mr. W. H. Pinhey; assistant-secretary, Mr. R. Hickson; management committee, Messrs. Warper, Ferguson, Murdoch, Sykes, Tcarnley and Carson; matches committee, Messrs. Ferguson, Harper and cearniey; sole selector, Mr. W. Ferguson; general superintendent, Mr. K. Wippiatt; delegates to Auckland Centre, Messrs. Pearce and Sinclair; auditor, A. Murdoch; umpires, Messrs.
