EXPRESS SMASH
INQUIRY BOARD TO SIT RAILWAY OFFICERS (Special to THE SUN.) CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. A board of inquiry of railway officers will sit at Timaru to-morrow to investigate the railway smash on Saturday, comprising Mr. H. Chapman, traffic manager for the Northern District. Mr. Hector P. West, traffic manager for the Southern District, Mr. D. W. Robertson, divisional locomotive engineer, Mr. R. S. Kent, divisional superintendent.
