MUCH MINOR DAMAGE Press Association. DUNEDIN, To-daj*. A ferocious nor’-easter struck the city bringing with it driving rain this morning'. Much minor damage to fences and roofs resulted. There were two power breakdowns, the second resulting in the whole power having to be supplied from one transmission line. Launches at Broad Bay were driven adrift.
