Disqualified!
Owner and Rider Winner of Great Northern AFTiLR the Hunt Cup an inquiry was held into the running' of Memsahib in that event, and the stewards afterwards announced that in their opinion the horse was not ridden to win. They decided to disqualify Mr. .Wedding March, owned by Mr. Wells Mervyn Wells, owner of the horse, for and winner of the Great Northern twelve months, and W. Reid, he rider. Hurdles, and a fancied candidate for fo L,. a S11 3? llar P er J°d- the Great Northern Steeplechase, was Ihe effect ot the decision was that I not allowed to start.
