No Explanation Yet. The man, Brady, who gave himself up to the Wellington police during the early hours of yesterday morning, stating that his throat had been cut while he was sleeping off drink on the beach at Oriental Bay, is progressing favourably in hospital. The police are making inquiries, but nothing has yet been discovered to explain the occurrence.
