COMPETITIONS
I*—A book prize will be awarded for the best essay on one of the following subjects: “Night Under the Stars,” “Toys,” or “Children’s Gardens,” contributions to be written on only one side of the paper and not to exceed 300 words.
2. —A book prize will be awarded for the best original poem not exceeding 20 lines. 3. —A book prize will be awarded for the best original drawing, finished in Indian ink. Conditions: The entries should be endorsed as original and reach the Dawn Lady, Happy Town, SUN Office, Auckland, not later than Saturday, June 11. Open to children of 15 and under.
