YESTERDAYS RESULTS The results of rinks tournament matches played yesterday by various bowling clubs in Auckland are as follow: Mount Eden.—Section A: Trayes (Mount Eden), 4 wins, 1 loss; Leighton (Henderson), 3 wins, 2 losses; Quinn (West End), 3 wins, 2 losses; Bates (Carlton), 2 wins, 3 losses; A. Nairn (Mount Eden), 2 wins, 3 losses. Trayes won the section. Section B Kelly (Ponsonby), 5 wins; Sissons (Waitemata), 3 wins, 2 losses; Warren (Carlton), 2 wins, 3 losses; Fraser (Mount Eden), 2 wins, 3 losses; Hayman (Mount Eden), 1 win, 4 losses. Kelly won the section. Section C: G. Hosking (Carlton), 4 wins, 1 loss; Elliott (Mount Eden), 4 wins, 1 loss; Vugler (Remuera), 2 wins, 3 losses; J. Smith (Mount Eden), 2 wins, 3 losses; Northcross (Henderson). 5 losses. In the play-off Hosking best Elliott and won the section. Section R: Bourke (Mount Eden), 4 wins, l_lpss; Findlay (Mount Eden), 4 wins, ‘••'loss; Bird (Carlton). 2 wins, 3* losses; Marshall (Mount Eden), 2 wins, 3 losses; Browne (Waitemata), 1 win, 4 losses. In the play-off Bourke beat Findlay and won the section. Semi-final: Bourke beat Trayes, Hosking beat Kelly. The final between Bourke and Hosking will be played at the Mount Eden green on Saturday, June 11. Dominion Road.—Section A: Parsons and Bennison, 3 wins; Layland, Moir, Hollows, Benson, Buck, Pook, 2 wins; Sayers and Francis, 1 win. In the playoff Parsons beat Bennison. Section B: Bremner, 4 wins; Brown, 3 wins; Kelly and Gifford, 2£ wins; Farrell and West, 2 wins; Bidkin, 1J wins; McKelvie and Ramsey, 1 win; Brooks, £ win.
