BUSINESS AS USUAL
Some two weeks ago the railway authorities saw fit to close one of the entrances to tlxe Papatoctoe station leading from Shirley Road, and erected a notice advising that “Trespassers will be prosecuted.” This caused the residents from that quarter no small concern and also a whole lot of discussion. That somebody has taken action is quite evident, as the wires recently erected have been cut, a plank laid down for a bridge, and until the Department again blocks tho unauthorised thoroughfare it will be “Business as usual.”
