WELLINGTON, To-day. £)N May 17 THE SUN suggested an investigation by the AttorneyGeneral into Dr. Coffee’s business. The Hon. F. J. Rolleston now sayys that if satisfactory evidence is given of an offence against Section 2 of “The Quackery Prevention Act, 1908,” viz., that a statement has been published by -which it is intended to promote the sale of any article as a medicine for the cure of any ailment or defect, and it is shown that such a statement is false in seme material particular, the matter will be investigated with a view to a prosecution being laid against the offender.
