Experts Opinion MORE BRUSHING NEEDED By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright SYDNEY, Wednesday. In giving e\idence before the Tariff Board a representative of British brush manufacturers said the Avomen Avho visited his hairdressing establishment noA\ r had much less healthy hair than women had three or four years ago. This was due to the trend of fashion in hairdressing, which had rendered the use of the hairbrush almost obsolete. Women did not now brush then* hair to anything like the extent they did Avhen their hair AA r as long. When he A\ r as asked, if this AA r ent on would it make Avomen go bald like men, the witness replied that it A\ r as not so much lack of brushing as pressure that caused baldness. He said the fashion for bobbed hair tAvo years ago caused a reduction of 75 per cent, in the toilet section of the trade. —A. and N.Z.
