BRITISH SHIPS AND LIQUOR AMERICAN COURT’S DECISION By Cable. —Press Association. —Copyright WASHINGTON, Tuesday. The Supreme Court of the United States has refused to review the decision of the Federal Courts of New York, which dismissed a suit by the Association of Masters and Mates which attacked the constitutionality, of the treaty with Britain regarding rumrunning.
The provisions of the treaty under which British vessels are permitted to bring liquor to American ports under seal were especially attacked.—A. and N.Z. —Sun.
