MT. ROSKILL MOVES TO BECOME A BOROUGH
TOWN CLERK’S REPORT After having been engaged for several years in consideration of the proposal to form Mount Roskill Road Board district into a borough, the project is at last assuming definite form, mainly by the application of the Roskill West Ratepayers’ Association. At last night’s meeting of the Road Board the town clerk, Mr. J. Y. Warren, submitted a detailed report upon the whole subject. He expounded the requirements of the Act and the method of procedure to secure the constitution of a borough. After briefly debating the project the board unanimously aduptod the report.
