George Jessel, one of the greatest musical comedy stars a Broadway, whose first picture Varner’s was “Private Izzy Murphy,” will commence work in May on a new Master pieture, ‘'The Jazz Singer.” This is the stage play in which Jessel scored so triumphantly throughout the United States. Of added interest is the fact that a part of the original cast will support Mr. Jessel in this production
