Meteorological observations taken at the Albert Park Observatory at 9 a.m to-day by Captain D. McLeay. the Government Observer: Barometer, 29.94:2 inches. Air temperature at 9 a.m., 62 degrees. Temperature in shade yesterday: Maximam 65 degrees, minimum 53 degrees, maximum temperature in sun, 117 degrees. Bright sunshine yesterday, 4 hours 15 minutes. Minimum temperature on grass, 47 degrees. Direction of wind at 9 a.m., W. Velocity wind previous 24 hours, 72 miles. Rainfall during previous 24 hours, .14 inches. Rainfall to date this month, 4.93 inches. Average for May, 4.55 inches.
