BOXERS NOT MATCHED
FT HAS been stated elsewhere that Duke Maddox, featherweight boxing champion of New Zealand, has been matched with Johnny Leckie, the fight to take plage at Auckland is not the case. The position is that Maddox is not available at present owing to business reasons, but he has given the Northern Boxing Association the right of the first refusal for his next bout.
