BUILDER FINED Denis O’Dwyer, an Auckland builder, apparently saw no reason why he should observe Anzac Day as a holiday, so he carried on with his job at Glen Eden and made his three employees work, too. He found out his error in the Police Court this morning when Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., cost him £ 3 with 15s costs. For keeping her shop open on Anzac Day, Alary Ellen Chambers was fined £1 and costs.
