“THE CAMPUS FLIRT” In “The Campus Flirt,” Bebe Daniels’s new Paramount starring vehicle, which comes to the Rialto and Regent Theatres to-dajf. this young and capricious lady i 3 supported by a cast of no fewer than approximately 6,03 5 people. Of the better known, we might mention Charlie Paddock, “the world’s fastest human,” who holds 37 out of 40 existing records for sprints; El Brendel, the clown of “You Never Know Women”; and James Hall, late of musical comedy. Of the 6,012 who are left, we might mention that 600 of them are undergraduates of the University of California, at Berkeley, who cheer Bebe on to the final spurt when she runs the last lap of a relay race for her college. The film was made at the above university in cooperation with deans, professors, sororities, frats, hazing clubs, football players, track-men, and coaches. As lor realism —well, it was made right at a college, so what more need be said ?
