AUCKLAND LADIES’ CLUB The best cards returned in the Coronation Medal match at Middlemore yesterday were: Mrs. Abbot, 89—15, 74; Miss F. Rathbone, 86—11, 75; Mrs. Ferguson, 89—13, 76. The third round of the foursomes for the captain’s prize will be played next Tuesday. Emergency: Miss J. M. Reid. MAUNGAKIEKIE CLUB. The second round of the Kingswell' Shield competition, postponed from May 14, will be plaved by members of the Maungakiekie Golf Club at the Maungakiekie links on s*aturday. The draw will be the same as that already published. A four-ball bogey handicap will be played at the Titirangi links on Saturday.. Players choose partners and opponents. OTAHUHU LADIES’ CLUB The L.G.U. medal round played by members of the Otahuhu Ladies’ Golf Club last Saturday resulted in a win for Mrs. Hipkins, with a score of 115, 33 82.
