PARENTS AND MUSIC TEACHERS the other way about (From Our Resident Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Monday. It was pointed out to the Minister °f Education (Hon. R. A. Wright) to-day that many parents were wasting the time of their children as well as their own money and the efforts of the teachers, In sending their children to unqualified music-teachers. Mr. kobert Parker went so far as to say hat in some cases years of training ®re spent in undoing what had been accomplished wrongly by bad teachmg.
