SETTLERS SET WATCHES BY BOATS’ ARRIVALS (Special to THE SUX.y WANGANUI, To-day. Tlie splendid state of the middle and lower reaches of the Wanganui River has enabled the regular steamer service to be so well maintained that at a meeting of the River Trust yesterday it was stated settlers could now set their watches by the arrival of the boats trading up and down the river.
