CHRISTCHURCH INSPECTORS PRAISED ( Special to THE SUN.) CHRISTCHURCH, Monday Recently the number of prosecution brought by the Christchurch Citt Council’s traffic inspectors for breach** of by-laws has diminished consider ably. Mr. E. D. Mosley. S.M., who M* fined many an erring motorist some appreciative remarks after disP 0 * - ing of a very short list at the court today. The smallness of the list showed, said, that the work of the inspects was having a good effect, and the should be appreciated. The chief city motor inspector, H. Macintosh, thanked the for his appreciation, and remarked people were becoming better in the traffic regulations. The inspector’s department had best through the newspapers to a that result.
