A Fatal Fall. —An inquest was held in Hamilton this morning concerning the death of Ronald Tetzlaff, a plumber’s apprentice who fell from a roof in Hamilton. The coroner, Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., found that the accident was unavoidable. Tetzlaff was hit by a sheet of asbestos, knocked off the roof and fell 25ft., sustaining a fractured skull. _
