June Marlowe, now playing Helen Riply in “The Pleasure Buyer,’’ a Master picture starring Irene Rich and Clive Brook, began her career as an extra girl for F. 8.0. followed by appearances in comedy roles with Harry Langdon and Lloyd Hamilton. Discovered by Warner Brothers she was given a long-term contract with prominent characterisation in “Find Your Man,” “The Tenth Woman,” and “The Lost Lady.” She is known as the “girl with the soulful eyes.”
